Support with cohort recruitment and onboarding:
• Process and evaluate applications from prospective mentees and mentors within a specific timeframe, correspond with applicants to obtain further information where necessary.
• Use the mentoring software to support with tracking users through the intake process, ensuring that users are in the right place and have appropriate tags, summaries, notes, etc.
• Work closely with the Senior Programme Manager to ensure the correct matching criteria area is in place, matches are reviewed, and mass matches are made.
Provision of support to mentors and mentees
• Provide high-quality proactive and reactive relationship support to mentees and mentors using the mentoring software in a timely and professional fashion.

Among other things, you will work on:- Ensure that accounting and project control within the international unit are conducted according to internal and external guidelines

Purpose of positionThis position sits within the Program Team at ActionAid and coordinates the Secretariat for the Shifting the Power Coalition (StPC), which supports diverse Pacific women’s leadership in climate and humanitarian action. Key roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate the Secretariat of the “Shifting the Power Coalition” in the Pacific working in close collaboration with the AAA programs team and the StPC Regional Hub based in Suva, Fiji to deliver on the strategy and grant requirements;
- Ensure quality grant management of all donor-funded StPC projects and other allocated projects, including timely project documentation, monitoring, reporting and partner compliance as well as information management through ActionAid’s contract management system;

Job Purpose:The Programme Specialist, GBV, post will contribute to strengthening the capacity of governments and implementing partners to ensure coordination, visibility, and accountability for all GBV prevention and response related activities across all UNFPA programmes. Working within a Country Office environment, the Programme Specialist, GBV, will support the effective management and implementation of the GBV and harmful social and gender norms programmatic actions. Functions / Key Results Expected

Equality for All Foundation (EFAF) Jamaica Limited is the foremost organisation advocating for and working to improve the human rights situation of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) persons in Jamaica. The organisation promotes social change by empowering the LGBTQ+ community and building tolerance for and acceptance of LGBTQ+ people to increase tolerance and create the foundation for policy and legislative reform. Access to respectful, equitable, and high-quality healthcare remains a challenge for LGBTQ+ individuals in Jamaica. Stigma, discrimination, limited provider knowledge, and structural barriers can negatively affect health outcomes and healthcare-seeking behaviours. An existing training curriculum for healthcare workers was previously developed to address these gaps. However, changes in national policies, global best practices, terminology, and emerging health priorities necessitate an update to ensure the curriculum remains relevant, evidence-based, culturally appropriate, and aligned with current human rights and public health standards.
Scope of Work
EFAF is contracting the services of a consultant to review, revise and update the existing training curriculum to strengthen the capacity of healthcare workers to deliver inclusive, non-discriminatory and client-centred healthcare services to LGBTQ+ individuals in Jamaica.
The consultancy is aimed at:
✓ Reviewing and updating an existing curriculum for healthcare workers;
✓ Facilitating four (4) healthcare workers training across all four (4) regional health authorities;
Key Deliverables and Timeframe
The consultancy will last for a total of forty-five working days during the period April – June 2026. The following deliverable(s) are expected:
✓ An inception report outlining methodology, workplan, and timelines;
✓ A revised and updated training curriculum (facilitator and participant materials, as applicable);

Ibis Reproductive Health is an international nonprofit organization with a mission to drive change through bold, rigorous research and principled partnerships that advance sexual and reproductive autonomy, choices, and health worldwide. We believe that research can catalyze change when the entire research process is viewed as an opportunity to shift power, is undertaken in partnership with the communities most affected, and includes a focus on how data can be used most effectively to make change. We focus on increasing access to quality abortion care, transforming access to abortion and contraception through technology and service innovations, and expanding comprehensive sexual and reproductive health information and services. Our offices are in Cambridge, MA; Johannesburg, South Africa; and Oakland, CA, with several staff working remotely.
Internship description:
We seek 2-3 interns with a strong commitment to advancing sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice, and the ability to provide research support for Ibis projects. Internpositions are meant to offer exposure and skills-building opportunities to early careerresearchers andd would be most appropriate for undergraduate, master's-level students, or people with entry-level work experience (no degree required; this internship is not designed for PhD-level researchers). Applicants should be comfortable working on abortion, supporting multiple projects simultaneously, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, and they should have experience with and/or interest in sexual and reproductive health research and advocacy.Desired qualifications and skills

• Attention to detail and time management
• Collaborative and self-directed workstyle
• Interest/experience working with diverse communities and populations (ex. BIPOC, LGBTQIA, etc.)
For research-focused interns:
• Interest and/or experience with qualitative coding and analysis and relevant software (Dedoose, MAXQDA, etc.)
