Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
• Take ownership of progressing a portfolio of corporate and foundation prospects with a clear focus on moving relationships to funding.
• Build and deepen relationships with small portfolio of existing corporate and foundations; identifying opportunities to uplift funding.
• Confidently lead early-stage conversations, helping potential partners understand our work, identify shared priorities, and co-create funding opportunities that align donor interests with programme needs and organisational strategy.
Proposal Development
• Lead the development of strong, funder-focused proposals, concept notes, and pitches, including working with senior leadership and programmes team colleagues to help shape programme ideas and budgets into fundable opportunities that clearly articulate impact, outcomes, and value.
• Work closely with programme, finance, and colleagues in the monitoring and evaluation team to ensure proposals that are compelling and deliverable.
• Ensure all submissions are high quality, timely, and aligned with funder requirements.
Pipeline Development
• Proactively identify, research, and track new donor prospects across corporates and foundations
• Actively maintain and progress a healthy funding pipeline by coordinating internal follow-up actions and cultivation plans.
• Prepare background briefs and internal recommendations for Senior Leadership to support early engagement.
Internal Collaboration
• Act as a bridge between fundraising and programmes, helping programme teams understand funder perspectives and timelines.
• Coordinate internal inputs efficiently to keep opportunities moving
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, opportunities, and proposals in the CRM.
• Contribute ideas and learning to strengthen our overall approach to corporate and foundation fundraising.
Donor Reporting and Stewardship
• Prepare narrative donor reports, updates, presentations in collaboration with Programme and Monitoring and Evaluation teams.
• Ensure accurate donor history tracking and reporting compliance in line with grant agreements.
Person specification
• Demonstrable experience in fundraising and income generation for non-profits or international development organisations, with a focus on progressing corporate and foundations to conversion.

Gender-based violence (GBV)Context
The International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) and its member organisations in Africa have been carrying out various projects and activities in several countries, particularly in West, Central and the larger Horn of Africa region. In Africa , one of FIDH’s areas of priority has been combating the systemic discrimination and violence against women, girls and LGBTQIA+ people (the “backlash” phenomenon), and gender inequality more broadly, including when it manifests through sexual and gender -based violence.
Objective of the consultancy
To strengthen the advocacy action and capacity building of FIDH and its member and partner organisations in Africa, particularly Francophone feminist movements and activists, towards engagement in key multilateral spaces. These include the African Union Human Rights Mechanisms and political organs, and regional economic blocks such as the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), the Southern African Development Community (SADC), and the East African Community (EAC), with a focus on organs charged with the promotion and the protection of human rights and of the issues related to women’s rights and gender, peace and security, justice and democracy, as well as good governance. The overarching aim is to strengthen the organising, participation, influencing, networking and funding of Francophone feminist civil society organisations (CSOs) and activists in multilateral forums, particularly to combat anti -rights movements in Africa and internationally.
Profile Level of education, experience
◦ Post-graduate study in a relevant field such as law, international relations, gender and development studies, human rights studies, social studies or the humanities.
◦ At least 2 years of professional experience, with experience working with civil society organisations in Francophone Africa
◦ Good knowledge of issues related to the promotion and protection of human rights in Africa, including feminist organising, the progressive advancement of the rights of women in Africa.
◦ Good knowledge of the African Union system (its functioning, organs and human rights mechanisms), as well as other multilateral advocacy spaces, such as the United Nations, the European Union, etc.
◦ Experience in advocacy and representation on issues related to the promotion and protection of human rights, with a particular focus on Women’s Rights and feminist organising.

Scope of Work CEJ seeks a Consultant to conduct Capacity Building sessions for Police Officers to enhance their knowledge and skills in providing gender-sensitive services as first responders for TFSGBV related matters. The Consultant will report to the Executive Director, and the tasks will be undertaken in consultation with the CEJ Executive Director and with the support of CEJ staff. To this end, the Consultant shall;
● Conduct 5 in-person, two day capacity building workshops for police officers as first responders to TFSGBV to be gender responsive in their services, across target districts, in local languages (Sinhala/Tamil) (25 participants).
● Participate in a pre-workshop planning meeting with CEJ to finalize the agenda and facilitation strategy.
● Design and prepare all necessary content for the workshops in consultation with CEJ.
● Integrate practical, case-based, and participatory learning approaches tailored to police officers as first responders, following the CEJ Training module on TFSGBV for first responders.
● Ensure the training addresses TFSGBV and its impact, national legal frameworks and procedures, gender-sensitive and survivor-centric response mechanisms and overall referral pathways and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
● Facilitate interactive sessions, including group discussions, case studies, and roleplays.
● Address any challenges or needs related to the workshop that may arise during the workshop in collaboration with the CEJ staff.
● Submit a brief report to CEJ after the workshop summarizing key outcomes, participant feedback, and any recommendations for future activities.
● Deliver work in a timely manner on deadlines agreed upon by CEJ.
Qualification and Experience
● A degree in law, with a specialization in criminal law/human rights law.
● Demonstrated experience (minimum of 5–7 years) in designing and delivering capacity building or training programmes for first responders, particularly on genderbased violence, violence against women and TFSGBV.
● Sound knowledge of national legal frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures related to TFSGBV.
● Proven expertise in gender-sensitive, victim-centred, and rights-based approaches to responding to TFSGBV, including a strong understanding of survivor protection, confidentiality, and ethical procedures.
● Prior experience in conducting in-person training workshops for justice sector stakeholders across multiple districts and adaptation of content to diverse local contexts.

Economic justicePROJECT BACKGROUNDCARE Tanzania is implementing a phased-Her Money, Her Life (HMHL) project from December 2021 and currently the project is in the second year of the phase II. The overall development objective for phase II is to improve farmer livelihoods in tea, herbs and spices sourcing communities by engaging communities, government, and the private sector. CARE, Kazi Yetu Limited and other partners works together to incentivize and support women farmers to get connected into the specialty tea supply chain, herbs and spices; work with government to transform the higher level tea sub-sector through advocacy work and direct implementation through land acquisition, collective investment, and GAP training work; through existing VSLAs, provide unique training bundles and business mentorship, aligned with the depth and demand for priority buckets with nuanced men, women, boys and girls programming across all workstream on the Tanzania program; expand the VSLAs work through CARE’s VSLA methodology.
JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator- CI Agent for VSLAs is expected to provide technical and operational leadership and support to VSLAs and similar saving and groups in such a way that the farmers in the project areas increase financial resilience and invest into profitable and environmentally sustainable enterprises. With an intention to support their tea, herbs and spices value chains' development by improving in processing, tools, including their post-harvest handling approaches, access to capital and saving ability. She/he is expected to maintain effective working relationships with other project staff including close working relationship and capacity building to Kazi Yetu Limited officers on VSLA approach and collective investment innovation to help women groups to take forward these initiatives beyond the lifetime of the project and CARE.

The Gender Issues Programme (GIP) supports the efforts of the OSCE Secretary General to ensure a continuous and sustainable gender mainstreaming process across the Organization. Gender-based violence (GBV)1. General Background
The GBV Officer will be part of the headquarters-based global GBV unit. The GBV unit sits in the Durable Solutions and Field Support Service (DS-FPS) within the Division of International Protection and Solutions. The GBV unit provides an important function for UNHCR’s global standard setting and policy making. 2. Purpose and Scope of Assignment

The global landscape for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) is experiencing a profound contraction in traditional funding. Governments are redirecting resources while anti-rights movements actively undermine investments in SRHR. We are seeking someone to coordinate the management and reporting requirements associated with donor earmarked funds across the Portfolio, and support evidence-based programming, and decision-making across Fightback Fund projects
What you'll do:
- Provide project management support across the Fund portfolio;
- Coordinate donor reporting and financial requirements and funding streams across the FBF components;
- Support the Head of Portfolio Management and Donor Reporting Global Manager with other tasks related to Fightback Fund reporting and financial oversight as required
- Draw together information coming from Fightback Fund projects, with a particular focus on planning, risk, compliance and performance data, develop and maintain related data collection systems and processes
- Provide a continually updated picture of Secretariat Fightback Fund planning and delivery performance.

Program Overview
The Women's Refugee Commission (WRC) invites applications for a 8-month research fellowship designed to support mid-career researchers exploring critical questions at the intersection of gender, displacement, and humanitarian systems. This program centers the leadership and knowledge of displaced women and seeks to generate research that challenges conventional humanitarian approaches and promotes inclusive, feminist alternatives.
Fellows will receive financial support, research guidance, and opportunities for peer learning and collaboration with WRC staff, and a cohort of fellow researchers.
Eligibility
We are seeking early to mid-career women researchers who:
- Have completed or are currently enrolled in a graduate degree (Master's or PhD) in a related field (International Studies, Political Science, Gender Studies, Public Health, Sociology, Anthropology, etc.) and have 3-10 years of research experience
- Have lived experience of displacement, forced migration, or statelessness
- Demonstrate commitment to participatory, community-centered research methodologies
- Have experience working with or conducting research in displacement, migration, or humanitarian contexts
- Are fluent in English

Ideal candidates will also:

This position will lead and/or support the provision of policy advice and capacity building offerings including workshop facilitation with a focus on workplace and private sector responses to family violence, as part of fee for service requests.
Here are some examples of what you will achieve in the next 12 months as a Family Violence Advisor:- Providing consulting services across a range of areas including the review and development of workplace policy and procedures, and implementation advice
- Facilitating consultative workshops
- Working with lived experience advocates in co-facilitating selected workshops
- Delivery of defined capability packages
- Tailoring workshops and capability building offerings

- Lived experience and/or a sophisticated understanding of the ways that gender inequality intersects with other forms of inequality and oppression to exacerbate family violence risk factors and limit people’s access to services, support and safety.
- Experience working in family violence response or primary prevention.
- Experience in consulting on policies, strategies, frameworks, etc.
- High level written communications skills with particular experience in policy review, critical analysis and/or report writing.
- Excellent facilitation and group work skills, including the ability to work with resistance and support whole of organisation culture change conversations
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships and experience engaging with multiple, diverse stakeholders.
- Sound computer skills, with experience in organising and facilitating online meetings and workshops
