ActionAid UK is a member of the ActionAid Federation, an international charity that works with women and girls living in poverty. We work with our partners and dedicated staff in 43 countries to end violence and fight poverty so that all women, everywhere, can create the future they want
Are you a keen advocate of women and girls’ rights in emergencies?
Are you ready to take the lead in delivering an exceptional supporter experience and shaping the way people engage with one of the UK’s most impactful international charities?
Then we'd love to hear from you!
ActionAid UK is recruiting for an Acquisition Campaigns Specialist to join our Public Funding team, to plan, deliver and maximise results on digital marketing campaigns, to meet our fundraising targets and organisational objectives.
You will be responsible for delivering paid social acquisition campaigns aligned with the fundraising strategy. This will involve you setting up and delivering campaigns on time, within budget and ensuring that they are integrated and on brand.
You will be required to work collaboratively with various teams and departments across ActionAid on integrated appeals, to ensure that acquisition activity is effectively aligned with key external moments.
A key part of this role will be to monitor and report on campaign results, using a range of metrics and KPIs. You will report your findings in various ways, including tracking results and reviewing presentations for key stakeholders.
You will be responsible for managing and running emergency fundraising campaigns as and when needed - this includes providing out of hours cover when necessary.
It is essential that all applicants have in-depth understanding of paid social platforms and experience of working within a direct marketing or fundraising context, ideally within a not-for-profit organisation.
If you have this skill set, along with a passion to work with an organisation committed to changing the lives of women and girls living in poverty for good, then we look forward to receiving your application.
