About the Role 
The organisation is seeking a Coordinator – Gender Transformative Evaluation to lead the coordination and growth of its flagship gender-transformative evaluation training programs, strengthen institutional linkages with key government bodies, and build revenue-generating partnerships for customized short-term courses. This role sits at the intersection of program management, institutional relationship-building, and capacity-building offerings. 

Required Qualifications & Experience 
  • 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in supporting or coordinating evaluation programs, preferably in gender, development, or social sector evaluation. 
  • Preference will be given to alumni of the FGTE (Facilitating Gender Transformative Evaluation) course. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of gender-transformative approaches to monitoring and evaluation. 
  • Prior experience engaging with government bodies (e.g., NITI Aayog, DMEO, line ministries) is highly desirable. 
  • Experience in business development, partnership-building, or institutional fundraising is a strong plus. 
  • Postgraduate degree in Development Studies, Gender Studies, Public Policy, Social Work, Evaluation, or a related field. 

Skills & Competencies 
  • Strong program/project coordination skills with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities, including with senior government officials. 
  • Managing Digital Platforms for online course delivery 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft proposals and reports. 
  • Comfort working with both technical (evaluation) content and business development/outreach. 
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
