We are seeking a Fundraising Officer and M&E Consultant to join our team. We are looking for experienced, proactive, and mission-driven professionals who are passionate about advancing feminist leadership and strengthening organizational systems. These roles will play a critical part in driving operational excellence, resource mobilization, and impact measurement to support Nalafem's strategic priorities and continued growth across Africa.
What you'll do
We are seeking a Fundraising Officer and M&E Consultant to join our team. What you'll do
- Lead the implementation of Nalafem's fundraising strategy
- Identify and engage propsective major donors
- Build relationships with foundations, corporations and individual donor
- Develop and submit onboarding and relationship management
- Contribute to Nalafem's fundraising and visibility efforts
What we're looking for
- Strong experience in fundraising and resource mobilisation
- Experience developing successful grant proposals
- Proven ability to build and manage donor relationships
- Strong research, writing and communication skills
- Passion for feminist leadership and advancing African women's political power
