In the context of strengthening the whistleblowing and case management system, you will contribute to the implementation of a mechanism that is expected to play a central role in the prevention and handling of situations related to, among others, exploitation, sexual abuse and harassment, workplace harassment, abuse of power, fraud, corruption, and adverse events related to reception, support, and care services.

The whistleblowing and case management system is entering a new phase of development. A dedicated platform will be rolled out, tools and procedures have been strengthened, and Alerts Management Officers are now expected to be involved in a broader part of the case handling process, including supporting or conducting certain investigations.

Your Responsibilities
👉 Lead the Day-to-Day Management of Reports
- Receive and register reports and complaints
- Assess their admissibility
- Conduct preliminary risk assessments
- Organize and oversee case management through to closure
- Ensure feedback is provided to the individuals concerned
- Maintain full traceability and documentation for each case
👉 Contribute to Investigations and Protection Measures
- Coordinate externally conducted investigations
- Participate in investigations conducted at headquarters level
- Ensure compliance with the principles of procedural fairness, confidentiality, impartiality, and proportionality
- Monitor the implementation of corrective measures and action plans
👉 Coordinate Stakeholders Involved in the Mechanism
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, Senior Management, Operational Teams, and Technical Experts
- Liaise with international delegations, partners, specialized service providers, and the Médecins du Monde international network
- Facilitate the management of cases involving multiple entities or countries whenever necessary
👉 Contribute to the Rollout and Continuous Improvement of the System
- Support the deployment of the new whistleblowing platform
- Contribute to awareness-raising and training initiatives
- Produce reports for governance bodies, the international network, and donors
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the evolution of institutional practices
You are the right person if…
- You have a higher education degree (Bac+5) in law, compliance, risk management or equivalent field.
- You have at least three years of experience in alert management, compliance, internal investigations, risk management or a related field.
- You are able to analyze sensitive situations methodically, neutrally and discerningly, even when several actors defend different interpretations of the situation.
- You know how to manage several complex cases simultaneously without losing sight of deadlines, responsibilities or the traceability of decisions.
- You place absolute importance on integrity, confidentiality and impartiality.
- You are proficient in professional English, both spoken and written
