About DRM: Since our inception in 2011, Diversity Role Models has witnessed remarkable growth, impacting the lives of nearly 200,000 young individuals through nearly 5,000 student workshops across UK schools. The Role: As the CEO, you'll have the incredible opportunity to lead a dynamic team into DRM's next phase of growth and innovation. Your leadership will be pivotal in realizing our ambitious aspirations and driving positive change across educational institutions.

Key responsibilities include:

🗣️ Acting as a spokesperson and ambassador, promoting our strategic vision.

🤝 Building external relationships to enhance our voice and reputation.

💼 Ensuring robust operational and financial reporting systems.

🚀 Elevating the brand recognition of the charity.

👥 Developing a strong Senior Leadership Team.

🔑 Leading strategic planning, fundraising, and partnerships.

What We're Looking For: Our ideal candidate embodies a strategic leader with a passion for income generation and profile elevation. You possess a proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and fostering external relationships. Experience in the third sector, education sector knowledge, and financial acumen are vital. If you have a flair for public speaking, networking, and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive world, we want to hear from you.
