Summary of the Role
Responsible for providing administrative oversight and support for WFA’s grantmaking and grants management across its regional and thematic portfolios and different grantmaking programmes. While lodged within the Grants Strategy Team, this position contributes to the accomplishment of WFA’s strategic plan across all strategic objectives.

Knowledge & Skills Required
1. University degree in social sciences, women’s rights, international development,
or other related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in grants or programme administration in the
not-for-profit sector; experience with women's rights, trans or intersex human
rights organizations and/or feminist donor organizations in Asia plus.
3. An understanding of and commitment to working towards the realisation of
women's, girls, trans, and intersex human rights in Asia.
4. Experience of working in the social justice sector; experience with women's
rights, trans and intersex human rights organizations in the region an asset
5. Ability to communicate well in English; fluency in more than one regional
language is an asset.
6. Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and ability to
multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
7. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
8. Ability to work with mutual respect with different nationalities and
communities in an international and multicultural environment.
9. Able to travel locally and regionally.
