About the GJP Hub
The Gender Justice Practitioners Hub (The GJP Hub) is a new body, founded to foster collaboration, strengthen coordination and facilitate experience-sharing among practitioners globally to ensure better gender justice outcomes for survivors of core international crimes. 

The position
Fundraising 
  • Lead the strategic growth of the GJP Hub by designing and executing a robust fundraising strategy. 
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with new donors to broaden and diversify the GJP Hub’s funding base. 
  • Secure the necessary resources for the GJP Hub’s transition from incubation to an independent, fully operational entity. 
  • Obtain funding to support both programmatic and staffing needs. 
  • Raise funds to expand the GJP Hub’s geographical presence. 
  • Lead the drafting of high-quality proposals, concept notes, budgets, and related materials to support fundraising efforts. 

Management and Governance 
  • Design and establish a governance structure that enables impactful engagement at national, regional, and international levels, including outside the Global North. 
  • Oversee the formal registration of the GJP Hub as a non-profit in an appropriate jurisdiction. 
  • Lead on regular engagement with the GJP Hub Committee and Advisory Board, ensuring their meaningful input and oversight of relevant issues. 
  • Provide ongoing reporting to LAW senior management on the GJP Hub’s progress and impact. 

Finance and Operations 
  • Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance across all GJP Hub activities. 
  • Establish and lead governance and operational frameworks, including banking and insurance arrangements. 
  • Develop and implement policies that reflect ethical, legal, and strategic priorities. 
  • Lead security and risk management through detailed risk analyses, mitigation strategies, and responsive oversight of operational challenges. 

GJP Hub Programme and Profile 
  • Establish the GJP Hub’s core programming and priorities in line with the GJP Hub’s mission, vision, and goals, in accordance with its founding values. 
  • Develop and implement a programme of work for the GJP Hub.  
  • Manage the GJP Hub’s website, social media, and online presence. 

About you
  • A demonstrated track record of extensive professional experience in the field of gender and armed conflict, with a strong preference for prosecutorial experience. 
  • Substantial experience operating across multiple legal jurisdictions and geographical regions, with extensive experience of practical challenges involved in implementing intersectional gender perspectives in accountability work. 
  • Proven leadership in advocacy for gender justice and the rights of women, girls, and other historically marginalised communities within justice mechanism.  
  • Recognised authority within the field of international criminal law, gender, and international law, both as a practitioner and thought leader. 
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing or shaping accountability mechanisms, including the developing and execution of strategies that promote inclusive justice practices. 
  • Experience establishing intersectional feminist approaches within systems which historically have not undertaken such an approach.  
  • Experience in designing and implementing practical strategies that connect criminal accountability with broader transitional justice processes contexts – both during and post armed-conflict. 
  • A strong track record of building trust and maintaining effective relationships with conflict-affected communities and civil society organisations.
