 About FP2030
FP2030 is the only global partnership focused on family planning. This singular focus unites a wide range of partners across disciplines and sectors. Together, we are putting family planning at the center of global health, development, and gender equality. The FP2030 Support Network comprises five regional hubs: North, West, and Central Africa, East and Southern Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean, and North America and Europe.

 Background on this Opportunity
 
FP2030 will collect and document impacts on family planning at the global, regional and country levels given the recent changes to US foreign assistance (and other possible global development funding). FP2030 will hire a consultant to manage the collection, documentation, aggregation, and analysis of these impacts on family planning services, programs, data systems, and partners. 

The main objectives of this consultant are to: 
• Understand the partner landscape that is engaging in similar work 
• Collect and document the family planning gaps that exist at the global, regional and country levels, as well as how countries are mitigating or addressing these gaps. 
• Create a public online forum to share resources highlighting impacts This consultant will be supervised by the Senior Advisor for Data Analytics. 

Key Activities & Deliverables 
Collaborate with FP2030 (including the 4 global Hubs) and partners to: 
• Produce a mapping of what global organizations are doing to collect impacts from countries – segment by geography and partners 
• Provide qualitative analysis support in reviewing country self-reports and other data collection tools 
• Create data visuals in Excel and slides in PowerPoint with impact information 
• Support work on the 2025 Impacts Report 
• Assist with dissemination of partner resources on family planning impacts via blogs, websites, other media channels 
• Support aggregating of partner resources, public reports, briefs, webinars on impact to FP program on FP2030’s website 
• Support country-specific work on process toward FP intervention prioritization 
• Other relevant work from the internal FP2030 impact task team 

Profile of the Consultant 
In addition to having a proven ability to carry out the responsibilities in the above key activities & deliverables, the successful applicant will have: 
● Familiarity with family planning and reproductive health and specific connections with family planning measurement stakeholders. 
● Experience with qualitative analysis 
● Experience with communications and writing about reproductive health issues 
● Experience with virtual convenings (invites, agenda setting, facilitation) 
● Applicants from low and low-middle income countries are welcome to apply 
● Experience reading, writing, and speaking French is an asset
