Movement building
Background
Doria Feminist Fund is a regional feminist fund working across the MENA region, supporting local movements and initiatives through funding and advocacy. Our communications are a core part of how we engage with our communities and partners, including a trilingual (English, Arabic, French) website (www.doriafeministfund.org) and active social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Over time, our visual identity—particularly our website’s color palette and graphic language no longer reflects the energy or modernity we want to communicate.

Purpose of the Assignment
We are seeking a design consultant with experience in feminist and socially conscious design to lead the revamp of our brand colors, web graphics, and visual components. This assignment focuses specifically on refreshing the look and feel of our digital presence to make it modern, vibrant, and adaptable.

Scope of Work

The consultant will work closely with our IT officer and a designated manager to deliver the following:
• A refreshed color palette that aligns with our values and goals
• A component library (buttons, cards, sections, etc.)
• Graphic assets and backgrounds that are reusable across multiple pages and new content areas
• Page layout designs for core sections such as Grantmaking, Programs, News
• A design concept for our monthly or quarterly newsletter that aligns with the new website design.
• A visual identity guideline for use across social media channels and the website, ensuring consistency and adaptability. All visual solutions should support multilingual content (English, Arabic, French), with consideration for RTL layout and mobile devices.

Consultant Profile
We welcome applications from both individual consultants and design agencies.
The ideal consultant will have:
• Proven experience in digital design, particularly for nonprofit, feminist, or socially driven organizations
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual storytelling, user experience design, and multilingual layout sensibility
• Strong communication and collaborative skills—able to listen to our needs, study our current materials, which we will be providing, and bring fresh, informed perspectives
