International Women’s Rights Action Watch Asia Pacific is a women’s rights, feminist organisation committed to the full realisation of women’s human rights through the pursuit of equality.  

Job Description
●       Build a critical understanding of the organisation and develop a results framework that speaks to the new strategic plan- Cultivating Rights, Rooting Resilience
●       Work closely with the Executive Director, management team, and the programme team to develop and implement a workable internal system, and track the impact of IWRAW AP’s work in terms of the results framework and the agreed objectives - for both organisational understanding and funder-related actions, including but not limited to reporting.
●       Create an internal framework and culture for learning and feedback based on programmatic activities and internal reviews.
●       Support the IWRAW AP team in the implementation of technical work related to research, data collection, and designing data collection methodologies.
●       Support the development and implementation of a fundraising/organisational resourcing strategy.
●       Assist the Executive Director in developing and monitoring the multi-year organisational strategy plan.
●       Work closely with the programme team to identify and monitor the impacts of their programmatic portfolios and their networking activities.
●       Generate, document, and share stories of impact, working closely with the programme team, to identify strategic spaces for sharing these stories and linking them to the Organisational communication strategy.
●       Support the Strategic Communications Lead to identify and monitor the impacts of IWRAW AP’s communications, and build strategic communications around it for a range of actors, including partners, communities, and funders.
●       Undertake data collation of the programme implementation regularly, enabling a real-time critique of the interventions/programmes, and a consequent evolution as it moves forward.
●       Facilitate internal MEAL-related capacity building as and when required.
●       Support with donor reporting and IWRAW AP’s annual report. Ensure all reporting and documentation meet ethical guidelines and comply with organisational policies.


Minimum/Essential Qualifications
●       Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Human Rights, and other related fields from a recognised university, or comparable professional qualifications.
●       8-10 years of experience working on women’s rights, grassroots mobilisation, movement building, feminism advocacy and collaboration, with at least 5-7 years of demonstrable experience in leading and developing MEAL frameworks, donor reporting, learning agenda, and capacity building.
●       Strong experience in qualitative research approaches and tools, with basic quantitative assessment skills
●       Strong experience in feminist and participatory methodologies and tools
●       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically with MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, and conversant with basic office/online software packages necessary for MEAL data management
●       Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage, but not mandatory.
