 We are looking for passionate and skilled national researchers in Vietnam, Philippines , Indonesia ,Cambodia who have worked extensively at the intersection of gender and socialprotection. As associate consultants, you will engage in fascinating work for a specific research engagement for approximately 3 months (part-time) with the potential for future consultancy work with Ladysmith! ✨✨✨

As an important member of a dynamic research team, you will play a crucial role in conducting a desk review on gender and social protection, collecting and analyzing key informant interviews, and contributing to a report that drives gender-responsive social protection in East Asia and the Pacific region.

The successful candidates will join a broader team widely recognized for having made important contributions to how our field understands gender data and the role of qualitative research in feminist policy-making and advocacy. 🤓💡

🎯Preferred skills and Experience🎯

☑️Researching gender and social protection.
☑️Qualitative research experience in Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, or Cambodia.
☑️Be fluent in local languages and reside in the country
☑️Conducting rapid desk reviews.
☑️Undertaking key informant interviews with policymakers, women’s organizations, and international organizations.
☑️Thematic analysis (interpretative analysis is an asset).
☑️Strong report-writing skills.
☑️Reliable, able to meet deadlines, team player, proactive.
