Required
● At least one year of experience in communications, membership management, and/or public relations;
● Strong social media management skills (experience with TikTok is an asset);
● Excellent IT skills with extensive experience of using Microsoft Office & Google Drive;
● Experience and knowledge of CMS (experience with Webflow is an asset);
● Experience and knowledge of CRM and database management;
● Ability to collect and summarise information, and identify relevant stakeholders to disseminate it to;
● Experience and knowledge of LGBTQIA+, gender & diversity topics;
● Excellent writing skills in English;
● Ability to multi-task and plan and organise one’s work by identifying and scheduling steps leading towards accomplishing tasks;
● Ability to work autonomously and to organise workload, resources and priorities effectively;
● Excellent interpersonal communications skills and social skills;
● Willingness to occasionally travel or work on weekends or during unsociable hours.
Desirable
● Experience in membership management and of working for a membership-based organisation or for a human rights organisation;
● Have been involved in youth or student organisations, have experience in youth work;
● Public speaking skills;
● Experience and knowledge of video creation and edition;
● Experience in international campaigning;
● Creative thinking;
● Knowledge of LGBTQI advocacy.
