KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gift Processing
  • Achieve accurate and timely processing of weekly revenue batches, including pledges and restricted revenues.
  • Maintain the integrity of Salesforce data (Fundraising) by overseeing updates, fixes, and task delegation to the GP Associate.
  • Collaborate with the GP Operations Manager and Finance team to efficiently manage pledges, opportunities, and donor information.

Salesforce Administration – Fundraising Database
  • Enhance the Global Partnerships team's effectiveness by serving as a dedicated Salesforce Administrator for the Fundraising database.
  • Deliver valuable insights and monitor progress by assisting with the creation and maintenance of Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the Information Management team to continually optimize Salesforce's effectiveness, efficiency, and data quality through process improvements and system automation.

Special Projects
  • Support the IM team in the successful migration of the Salesforce database to NPSP.
  • Support GM activities and budgets.
  • Facilitate relationships with movement actors, partners and strategic advisors.
  • Support a portfolio of select movement partners and the development of grantmaking priorities and strategies that will ease the burden to partners in the frontlines.
KEY TALENTS/WAY OF BEING
 
  • Expertise in cross-functional use of Salesforce
  • Superior computer skills and technical knowledge of data management systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word)
  • Strong interpersonal skills: attentive listening and observation, transparency, emotional intelligence, and clear communication
KEY SKILLS/WAYS OF DOING
Required
  • A minimum of three years of experience using Salesforce and as well use of Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of international development issues with emphasis on gender justice and social movements.
  • Proven record of accuracy, efficiency, dependability, and strong attention to detail.
  • Superior computer skills and technical knowledge of data management systems.
